which means that not only is the tide unbeaten on the field so far this season, they are also unbeaten on the highlight reel.

the first podcast has been out…what…5 days?

so…here’s a big round of applause for all of you listeners out there!

thanks thanks thanks to everybody in the sbs/smb community…including the friends we know, and the ones we have yet to meet…for such fantastic response and support.

we are slated to record sbs show #2 tomorrow. we’ve got some awesome guests and content planned. you definitely won’t want to miss it.

on the mic!

that’s right folks…your friendly neighborhood happytalkboy helped record the inaugural podcast of sbs show yesterday afternoon.

the brainchild of vladville’s benevolent dictator, sbs show aims to discuss a wide range of topics relevant to the sbs community.

and as such, yours truly was very honored to be sitting in.

big shout out to vlad for including me, and for doing an absolutely amazing job with the audio production. wow man!

if that whole software developer/porn star/ruler of the free world gig doesn’t work out for you…i’m thinking you should open a recording studio.

happyfunboy calls it!

just as yours truly predicted, that amazing fumble forced by roman harper easily became one of this week’s pontiac game changing performance nominees. click the link and check out the video…week 8, clip 3.

that makes a total of 4 nominations for alabama this season. and so far, they’ve won every time they’ve been nominated.

sweet!

i still think prothro’s catch against southern miss will win best performance of the year, and bring home 200 thousand buckaroos to alabama’s general scholarship fund.

bama just kicked your ass!

alabama over tennessee, 6-3, in a defensive battle that came down to the fundamentals of field position, clock management, and special teams.

bama should definitely have another pontiac game changing performance this week, from either:

the awesome hit by roman harper on tennessee’s corey anderson right at the alabama 5 yard line, forcing anderson to fumble the ball through the endzone for a touchback. which meant that single hit simultaneously stopped a scoring threat and gave alabama immediate possession of the ball on their own 20. superlative defensive effort.

during the possession garnered by that fumble, brody croyle’s 43 yard pass to d.j. hall on 3rd down, sparking a tide offensive drive in the closing minutes that set up the winning field goal by hayden christensen, his second game-winning score in a row.

both plays helped keep alabama unbeaten at 7-0, and still in the hunt for the national title.

even better…made this jackass slink back to chattanooga after bama gave him yet another big fat loss to slurp down his fat fracking cakehole.
