the wait was long, i know.
but i have to say…i really think the wait will have been worth it.
sbs show’s highly anticipated show #8, our look at patch management featuring the sbs diva herself, the lovely and talented ms. susan bradley, has now been posted for general consumption.
so…consume everybody! consume!
show #8 was a massive recording, and took a good while to edit. hence, the long delay between the recording and its release. the vlad and yours truly very much appreciate everyone’s patience while the finishing touches were being completed.
those of you who had the forethought and good sense to subscribe to sbs show are most likely already enjoying it, even right now as your friendly neighborhood happyfunboy types up this announcement for the edification of everybody else who hasn’t subscribed.
and by all means…please feel free to post comments about the show right here at the funcave, or at its vladville page.

regular visitors to the funcave might notice a new button on the funcave console, just over there on the left.
sbs show’s 20 minute long mid-week show, as i mentioned the other day, is now called sbs weekly.
and yes, the newest episode of sbs weekly has just been posted.
however, unlike the previous episode, sbs weekly now has it’s own subscription link completely separate from the longer show, because of the feedback we got from many of our listeners.
so for those of you with smaller mp3 players, or those who couldn’t commit to listening to an hour-long show, just use the new subscription link and start downloading away!

that’s right kiddos…we finally decided upon a name for the mid-week show.
it will still be available for direct download from www.sbsshow.com, but will have a separate xml subscription feed.
so you feed monkeys be sure to subscribe to the new show…that’s an order!

the new schedule of recording 2 shows a week looks to be working out just fine.
except for one small item…
folks have requested we publish the shorter, mid-week show as a separate subscription from the longer, weekend show.
which…makes a heckuva lot of sense, actually.
so that’s exactly what we’re gonna do.
as soon as we decide on a name for the mid-week show, that is.
so…go check out the vlad’s home on the range, and leave a comment to vote for your favorite show name.

hot on the heels of the recently released sbs show #6 from this past weekend, comes the mid-week sbs show #7.
remember, our mid-week show is a 20 minute long, more informal show in which we chat about current issues and items in both the smb and it worlds.
joining the vlad & your friendly neighborhood happyfunboy this evening was the effervescent susanne dansey, leader of the sbsbpi clubhouse over in the uk, and sbs show’s last, best, and only hope at gaining some cosmopolitan flair.
we’re happy to announce that susanne will be joining the mid-week show on a permanent basis…or at least as often as her schedule permits.
looking on the horizon at sbs show #8 coming this weekend…
we will be joined by a true juggernaut in the world of sbs.
that’s right kiddos!
