did you copy the cert from your sbs server to the ppc directly? i saw the same problem trying to get a certificate installed after it was manually copied while i was prepping the demo environment.

if so, try to use the procedure i demonstrate in crown jewels #3, which uses internet explorer to export the self-signed cert.

basically, think of it as a method to copy the certificate in a way that leaves it “untouched by human hands.”

i plan to prepare a full write-up of that method, but the problems with my shoulder might keep me from completing it for a while.

Trying to connect a WM5 PocketPC (T-Mobile MDA) to my Exchange server. I have copied the cert from the server’s clientappssbscert folder to the Windows folder on the PPC. When I click on the cert to install it, it says “Cannot Access Certificate”. Any idea what’s up?

connecting to the part #3 archive gave me an error the first time i tried to access it using the link from the confirmation e-mail i received.

but it worked the second time, so maybe try to access it again.

also, i haven’t had a chance to edit the q&a logs yet…as i’m still dealing with severe problems with my right arm.

i will try to get the q&a logs posted as soon as i’m physically able.

Is it possible to use sharepoint as a repository for files for indivuals (kind of like a home folder) I want to expose this to the internet. Also is there a way to manage how large these folders are (read quotas) tia

happy, is there a comprehensive list somewhere of all the wizards in SBS and a description of what they do? I’d like to use that as a study guide to complement what I learned on the Crown Jewels part 2.
