I would reckon that when Chris gets some time to put the post together then he will post the second part. I know he would like the quality of the second part to be useful to you and I'm sure that takes HIS time and resources. I reckon this would mean he would have to wait until his work schedule is manageable and then focus on it. If, 'anonymous' is the same person, then I would suggest that you find out the answers to your questions yourself either by testing it yourself (like Chris is)or browsing the web. Anyone who blogs gives up their OWN time and their OWN intellectual property but they are not answerable to anyone and not responsible in helping you. Who are ‘all the people’?
