If you want to upgrade from ver 1.0 or 1.5 of Microsoft Voice Command on Handango, be sure to choose the "...Upgrade Only" version (although I believe both their full version and Upgarde Version to be one and the same) and pay the $39.95 smackeroos. Immediatly send Handango Cust. Service an email letting them know you were overcharged $30.00 (supposed to only be $9.99 for the upgrade) and they should, as they did for me, respond with "a refund has been submitted and should be credited to your card within 48 hours". I got into VC way back with version 1.0 (think I got it from M$ site - not sure) so Handango had no previous order for VC from me; yet they were kind enough to recredit anyway. Thought you'd want to know. (Hint: Chances are you could probably do the same thing without ever having purchased any previous version of VC; from Handango or anywhere).
