And before any of our overseas audience gets torqued up about that...it&#039;s a regulatory approval thing. Every country has their own telecom fiefdom in place. It takes time to get stuff through the approval process for every area.</description>

I&#039;ve been trying to find more information about this system because like all of us SBSC&#039;s - and just like you said - we need this and we promote what we like.  All I have found to date is deaf ears.  Ahh, maybe that&#039;s the problem.  They are hearing impaired.  I should have used TTY.
