TEAM NEWBLOOD Dossier 001
As part of the Funcave’s continuing series on the TEAM NEWBLOOD challenge, here is the very first community resource on our list…

SUSAN BRADLEY

Whereabouts: http://msmvps.com/blogs/bradley/Default.aspx
Known Aliases: E-bitz, Bitzie, SBS Diva, The Pope of Fresno.
Summary: Advanced intelligence reports (which cost our agency the lives of a dozen of our best undercover operatives to obtain) prove she’s been referred to as the closest thing we have to a rockstar here in SBS-land. But I think of her more as our own personal Mother Teresa. Dedicating her life & energy to working with and for others, in particular the meek, downtrodden, and folks others have deemed ‘untouchable.’ Someone who can see and bring out the best and brightest in everyone she meets, even when she is attacked for doing so. If the rest of us had just .001% of her spirit of giving…there would be absolutely no reason for the TEAM NEWBLOOD project to even exist.

Well, here’s the thing Chris, I’ve talked to quite a few SBSC Partners who just don’t want to be involved in Community activity. I’ve met them at events, emailed them after wards, told them of all the wonderful events we’re running right on their doorstep and vendors like Microsoft, IBM, Trend, etc and zilch! I used to think let’s get as many people as possible, everyone must be involved, how can anyone not get working in partnership? I have to say, I’ve changed my mind on that, in that work with those who want to be involved and make even the small Group successful and then people will want to be a part of it. Success breeds success! We have to prove that working in SBSC makes you a better business and at the end of the day makes you more profitable. Not enough people are seeing those reasons and as you sai there are enough people out there doing quite nicely thank you very much wihtout having to share anything! As much as I often think I can single handedly change the entire world, I know that small differences by many people can have a profound effect but we’re on a long road here and it depends who’s in it for the long term.
