Despite losing several of our primary human assets trying to discern more about these cells, we have as yet been unable to penetrate this organization in any depth. Jessica came into a barren land, filled with hostility/discord/rancor/apathy and managed in a very short time to get resources in place to help put that desolate area on the path to becoming an oasis.
