Same sentiment as Frank - this was not a good upgrade for me.

Here are my experiences so far:

> Occasional lock-ups where I cannot get the screen to light up without hitting the reset button(about once a day)
> Significantly slower screen painting - feels like I’m on a dial-up modem
> Phone (voice) quality seems to have degraded - I now get a lot of break-ups even when I’ve got full bars on the connection

Since I often use this phone for a lot of conference call meetings at work, point number three is significant enough that I am seriously considering dumping the phone for something else. My concern now is should I continue with Windows Mobile? Does WM6 work any better on other phones, such as a Black Jack or whatever?

Any insights with regard to WM6 on other devices are much appreciated.

ps. if anyone knows how to speed it up please advise! It is frustrating as hell to navigate on this phone and have to wait for the screens to catch up.

I upgraded to WM6 on my 8525 2 weeks ago and I hate it it’s even slower than before!!!

Since it says the upgrade is not reversable, I’m interested if anyone has found it to be troublesome after they did it. Does the phone still respond quickly or does it slow it down.

So, are you saying that you don’t find WM6 sexxay enough?

To be fair, WM 6 doesn’t have major UI changes over WM 5. Prevailing thought is that it’s really closer to something like WM 5.5.
