Unfortunately System Center Mobile Device Manager won&#039;t support System Center Essentials 

In terms of the name - it&#039;s branded under our System Center banner.  

For WSUS - WSUS is widely adopted by our business/enterprise customers.  In MDM WSUS is being used for distribution of RAM based applications to Windows Mobile phones and offers rich targeting rules capabilities 

In terms of certificates - MDM allows enterprises to control the certificate store of WM devices and deploy root certificates to the device.
