		<description>I get a totally different impression reading all of these  "moves" in the "Oh my god, we got 0wn3d by Apple" segment. That impression is one of desperation, there is a fight for what will be the application platform for mobile devices - Flash, Java or Silverlight - and so far it seems its none of the above.

You've got to hand it to Apple. Not only has it flipped this sector upside down, it has made carriers their bitch while the same have been holding Windows Mobile and other innovation at bay in order to sell ringtones for years.
