Guitar Hero III For Windows Mobile Will Rock You
The favorite pastime for people too lazy to learn how to play a real guitar buzzsaws its way onto Windows Mobile later today.
Available as either a one-time purchase or subscription license, Guitar Hero III Mobile includes a pretty good initial setlist…
- Santana - Black Magic Woman
- Wolfmother - Woman
- AFI - Miss Murder
- Red Hot Chili Peppers - Suck My Kiss
- Alice Cooper - School’s Out
- Pat Benatar - Hit Me with Your Best Shot
- Van Halen - You Really Got Me
- KISS - Strutter
- Smashing Pumpkins - Cherub Rock
- Stone Temple Pilots - Trippin on A Hole
- Matchbook Romance - Monsters
- Motley Crue - Shout at the Devil
- Black Sabbath - Paranoid
- The Allman Brothers Band - Jessica
- Scorpions - Rock You Like A Hurricane
Put Iggy Pop’s “Search & Destroy” on the playlist, and I’m an insta-buyer. Put “Sweet Home Alabama” on there, and I’m a lifetime purchaser.
Better yet, come out with the REAL killer game for Windows Mobile based on fake musicianship!

Who ever put that list together must have been spying on my mis-spent youth.

Just ordered that game and filed a bug!

“GH3Mobile is not installing through Vista on my WM device since it depends on ActiveSync which is nether needed nor supported on Vista…”
Let’s see what and when support answers to that…

@ Olli…
I’m not surprised. WMDC sucks so badly, I have to keep an XP box here for what looks like will be forever.
You think it’s bad that GH3M won’t load over WMDC? Try loading a ROM update over it sometime. That’s the closest I’ve ever come to bricking anything.
WMDC is yet another example of MS breaking what was perfectly fixed.
